Suncorp Bank Reviews
Rang Suncorp Telecentre to renew my term deposit day before maturity Was advised to call back on the following day. I called the Telecentre the next day Staff suggested I go in to discuss my requirements at nearest branch. I advised nearest SA branch 400 km away Telecentre took my phone details and said they would get Adelaide Branch to call me. Waited 11 days heard nothing. Withdrew my money and invested it elsewher
I only use my suncorp account for income & bill paying. Term deposit rates are better elsewhere.
Just arrived home from visiting Suncorp in Sydney George St (330) St Branch. Wanted to deposit a good sum on Term Deposit....was told to take a seat....I did for 15 min without any further customer service I just walked out....was it a busy time?? No - 3 teller customers only.....WAKE UP SUNCORP STAFF AT 330 GEORGE ST.
When term deposits are maturing they will advise you however when you sent it back replied. Post it goes via Brisbane not getting to home branch on time for renewal last time costing me to accept a lower rate caused by no fault of mine.would not reverse there decision.Banks like Hertiage offer a lot better rates
